The only warranties applicable to the products you are purchasing are the manufacturers’ warranties.
Tenecor Limited Lifetime Warranty
(Aquarium Warranty)
Tenecor aquariums are warranted to the original purchaser against leaks due to manufacturer’s workmanship for as long as the aquarium is in her or his possession. This warranty is valid only under the following conditions: Additions, modifications or changes made to the aquarium by the purchaser and not by the manufacturer shall void this warranty. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any damages if the aquarium has been abused or mishandled, subjected to physical use and abuse so as to cause leaks in the aquarium. Damages brought about by use of any stands aside from the recommended aquarium stands that provide full and solid support to the entire bottom of the aquarium, scratches and crazing caused by use of cleaning materials other that strictly for acrylic, and repairs by anyone other than the manufacturer will also void this warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the aquarium. The liability of the manufacturer is limited to the replacement value of the aquarium and shall not be liable for the replacement of livestock or any incidental or consequential damages or any acts of nature.
Do not use ammonia based products on the aquarium.
There is always the possibility of variations in, or slight imperfections in acrylic. These are not a reason for refusing the shipment or filing any complaint.

Should any supposed defect or problem arise after the inspection of the shipment your first contact should be with Claude Kelly at BCReef.com ( ClaudeKelly@bcreef.com ). In most instances many difficulties can be resolved through the internet or a phone conversation. When sending an e-mail be sure to include your full name, phone number and a convenient time that you can be contacted by phone, should that be necessary.
All real wood has a color variant. Additionally monitor resolutions vary. Colors viewed will not necessarily reflect the exact color of your cabinet and canopy. When ordering it is best to designate the color you want by designating the color pattern on the screen and then indicating whether your color preference is “light”, “medium” or “dark. Every effort will be made to have your cabinet and canopy match the color you want and be identical in color to each other but no guarantee of color is made by the manufacturer or BCReef.com, excepting only to bring it within a range of light, medium, or dark.
Acrylic, by the very nature of its manufacture, will have slight imperfections or blemishes. Neither the manufacturer nor B C Reef.com assume any responsibility therefore.
After authorization is given by B C Reef, should any product be returned, a proper evaluation will be made to determine the legitimacy of the complaint and if deemed appropriate a repair or replacement will be made. All items must be returned freight prepaid.
